The Construction draws track you spending, so even when you vary the spending the after tax IRRs are always correct. The Expense Reimbursements (CAM Charges) are linked and track vacancy, so the are always correct as well. Internal rates of return, financial management rates of return and net present values are computed before and after taxes. planEASe has been revised for all current tax provisions and provides many choices for handling depreciation and passive losses. The system features sensitivity analysis, with a printed graph of results, and Monte Carlo risk analysis with a printed histogram of results.
