Comet2005 is construction accounting software for the needs of the developer. Applications track project development costs in both material, labor, subcontractor dollar costs and units of material costs. Totally integrated job cost, accounts payable, purchase order, estimating, payroll, loan draw tracking, scheduling, cash flow forecasting, general ledger, and bank reconciliation. The software tracks development costs and provides accounting features for sale of property.

The software is extremely well adapted to any type of development construction. Reporting includes more than 100 job cost reports and dozens of cash-flow management tools. Software is available in single-user and up to 20 user-network versions. Features include extensive job cost reporting, including development loan draw tracking, earnest money received, and ease in entry of estimates.
