The Builder module tracks all the many diverse and complex financial details of construction loans and integrates them into loan servicing.

The Builder module monitors construction loan progress with comprehensive cost breakdown schedules for voucher disbursements and draws. The construction breakdown can have up to two hundred line items with multiple entries for each line item. Builder reports include construction cost breakdown, construction summary worksheet, and cost to complete. Builder compares budgeted items vs. actual expenditures and forecasts overruns by tracking percentage completion.
