How it Works:

AvidInvoice is highly configurable and can accommodate any AP process while mirroring your existing approval routings. Permission-based rules give clients control over which users can access certain features. Paper invoices are scanned, converted into an electronic format and verified for accuracy. Vendors are also able to submit electronic invoices directly into the system „Ÿ either through direct data-import or through the Vendor Portal.

In either method, invoices are automatically assigned to the appropriate workflow and are routed to the proper user for approval. Once all approvals have occurred, invoices can flow directly into Accounts Payable for payment processing.
