AvidArchive: Paperless Invoice Storage and Retrieval

AvidArchive is a web-based invoice storage and retrieval management system designed to automate the way clients store and retrieve accounts payable documents. This module provides AP managers and field/property managers with a powerful storage and retrieval system to gain real time access to all of your payables documents directly from their desktop.

AvidArchive mirrors your existing invoice AP process. However, instead of filing the paper invoice after it is entered into the system, invoices are scanned into
an electronic format which flows directly into your accounting platform with the underlying invoice "image" linked to the invoice record in your General Ledger (GL). Once scanned, authorized users have "Anywhere, Anytime" access to a central archive – electronic filing cabinet containing all AP documents.
