Shandon A Tulare man driving a pickup was killed early Saturday in a collision with a tractor-trailer on Highway 46. Robert Castillo Hernandez, 62, died in the crash that happened around 2:50 a. m. east of the Shandon rest area, according to California Highway Patrol officials.
