LISBON - The task of re-evaluating the market value of real estate in Columbiana County for tax purposes started recently, with appraisal personnel expected to start visiting taxpayer properties later this month. County Auditor Nancy Gause Milliken announced Monday that she hired John G. Cleminshaw Inc. of Stow to conduct the reappraisal which is required by Ohio law every six years.
